ABOUT DENISE

Denise joined Hearing Choices in late 2022.  She met Lisa whilst having a consultation about her own hearing loss and as a hearing aid wearer herself she can empathise and help with many queries.

She has nearly 30 years experience working with people of all ages. Prior to joining Hearing Choices she had taken a long break from front line reception and administration work bringing up her two daughters.  

She says

“Making people feel comfortable and at ease from that very first point of contact are of the utmost importance, whether that be by telephone or meeting in person.  By putting people at ease, and making them feel relaxed, you can assess people’s needs and ensure they get the correct appointment to ensure the correct treatment for them”

Away from work Denise is a wife and busy mum.  When time allows she loves to spend quality family time, walking, listening to music and travel.
