I had such a wonderful experience here and honestly could not recommend it more. The clinic is spotless and the treatment room is beautiful, comfortable and very relaxing. It also made things so easy having free parking available.
Lisa the audiologist was absolutely fantastic. She was so kind, professional and knowledgeable, and she explained everything so clearly which made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.
The receptionist was also incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel friendly and pleasant from the moment I arrived.
Such a lovely team and an all round excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing ear wax removal or hearing care.

I had an excellent experience getting my ear wax removal done here, at Hearing Choices. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, especially the lovely receptionist, Denise, they had such an approachable and professional manner and really put me at ease. Lisa, the audiologist explained the whole process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment.
The procedure itself was quick, gentle, and completely painless. I immediately noticed a huge improvement in my hearing afterwards, it honestly felt like a weight had been lifted! The equipment was modern and everything was very clean and well organised, the room itself was such a nice and clean and comfortable space to be too.
What really stood out was how friendly and caring the team were. They took their time, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The team, are patient and caring and really make you feel comfortable and welcome.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing ear wax removal or hearing care. Professional, efficient, and genuinely caring service. Thank you for such a great experience!

Sent pillar to post by multiple GPs and ineffective treatments for my ear problem. Off work as I fainted and couldn't function normally but told to just use olive oil for up to 7 weeks!? One visit here and I was fully put at ease and then had my ear thoroughly cleaned, to find myself as good as new. My tinnitus gone, my head de-fogged and my energy back. Highly recommended. Lisa is a miracle worker, I went to see her today to have wax removed from both my ears, as I could barely hear. I’ve come from her treatment room and I could hear a pin drop . She is very caring, conscientious, professional and a excellent audiologist, and is very easy to talk too, and explains what she is doing.

Having already tried 4 times at a well known high street audiologist with no success, one visit to Lisa at Hearing Choices in Kings Sutton was enough to sort out my severe ear wax problem. No hesitation in recommending Lisa. Very friendly and a complete professional.
